Episode 11 – Superbicycles and Holacracy

Thanks for joining us for Episode 11, in which we imagine and discuss all the features we’d like to see on a superbicycle. Won’t it be great when we can harvest energy, water, and food while pedaling our bikes, leading to increased autonomy and efficiency?

We also talk about the non-hierarchical organizational model known as “holacracy,” which is essentially team-based, without bosses or managers. To round out the episode we look at interpersonal power dynamics and the necessity of fluidly relinquishing and taking control.
